U.S. marshals arrest fugitive on child-rape charge

A fugitive wanted by Puerto Rican authorities for child rape charges was arrested Friday in Rochester by U.S. Marshals.

Angel Caraballo-Ortiz was charged with the rape of an 8-year-old in Puerto Rico. He was also on probation in Monroe County for weapons charges.

Caraballo-Ortiz is being held without bail at the Monroe County Jail and awaits extradition to Puerto Rico.
