J. Vincent Real Estate in Penfield is now a part of Nothnagle Realtors. Jeremy Havens, owner of J. Vincent Real Estate, and Nothnagle CEO Armand D’Alfonso announced the merger Thursday, with the terms of the deal remaining private.

Havens will join Nothnagle as the manager of the Penfield office. After starting his real estate career with Nothnagle in 2004, Jeremy left in 2007 to start his brokerage, J. Vincent Real Estate. Prior to his career in real estate, Havens spent six years as a professional recruiter.

“It is wonderful to have Jeremy back and as a manager of one of our branches,” D’Alfonso said. “His training skills will prove to be a tremendous asset for both the Penfield branch and our company.”

J. Vincent Real Estate was a small realty firm located in Penfield. It will merge into the Nothnagle Penfield branch as part of the deal. Nothnagle Realtors is the largest realty firm in the Rochester region with 33 offices in upstate New York.
