Lower cubicle walls to let in far more natural light from the outside. An indoor bike rack. An employee kitchen that bans disposable dishware and utensils and expects people to not leave their dirty dishes in the sink. A wall covered in special paint that lets you write on it like a whiteboard.

When Rochester architecture firm SWBR recently revamped its East Main Street offices, it did more than just replace the carpet. Our video series "Workplace Makeovers" takes you on a tour of new or distinctive workplaces, where aesthetics or design are particularly important. For this edition of "Workplace Makeovers," we take you inside SWBR.
