The Bills have announced their preseason schedule.

They will play the first exhibition game on the NFL schedule when they take on the New York Giants in the annual Hall of Fame Game at Canton, Ohio, Sunday, Aug. 3 at 8 p.m. That game will be televised nationally on NBC.

Because of the construction work at Ralph Wilson Stadium, the Bills asked for, and were granted, the luxury of playing their two road preseason games early. They will travel to Carolina on Friday, Aug. 8, and to Pittsburgh on Saturday, Aug. 16. Both of those games will start at 7:30 p.m. It's possible that preceding the game with the Steelers, the two teams will conduct joint practices at the Steelers' training camp in Latrobe, Pa.

The Bills will play their first game in the renovated Ralph on Saturday, Aug. 23 at a time to be determined. The schedule ends Thursday, Aug. 28, with a 7 p.m. kickoff against the Detroit Lions.
